Medical Eligibility Criteria and Conditions
**Proof of eligibility and receiving Social Security Disability Benefits or Supplemental Security Income Benefits due to disability.
Proof of current eligibility by the Veterans Administration as having a disability of at least 40%.
**Proof of a valid Medicare card issued by the Social Security Administration.
Proof of a valid Regional ADA  paratransit card.
**Proof of a valid ADA paratransit card from outside the region.
An obvious physical impairment(s) meeting one or more of the medical criteria listed in the Medical Eligibility Criteria brochure.
**Currently participating in a vocational career program with the WA State Individual Educational Program (IEP).
Medically disabled as certified by a Physician, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, or Audiologist licensed in the State of Washington.

** For issuance of a Temporary Regional Reduced Fare Permit Card only.

Low Income Criteria and Conditions (KT)
Award letter from SSI, DSHS, Medical Coupon, Food Assistance documentation (Note: EBT Quest cards do not qualify as proof - must provide paperwork issued by DSHS), etc.
Voucher from a public assistance agency.
Proof of family size: birth certificates, social security cards, medical coupon with children's initial and birth dates).
Low Income Housing paperwork.
Letter from a public shelter.
Letter from Work Release.
